Hei-Day is a modern home goods and lifestyle brand offering stylish, high-quality, and sustainable home decor, accessories, children’s products, and apparel — seamlessly paired with a curated short-term rental experience.

Collaboratively capture compelling brand and product visuals that thoughtfully and distinctively represent Hei-Day—through intentional use of soft and crisp lighting, lived-in styling, and refined creative direction.
Quarterly brand photoshoots will feature both product and lifestyle imagery, shot in stylish home spaces as well as on-location along the coast and in the woods of Maine. These environments will allow Hei-Day’s high-quality Nordic designs to stand out—offering a striking contrast to Maine’s rugged natural beauty, while evoking the essence of place and the craftsmanship behind each piece.
Product imagery will be captured in natural, bright light to highlight form, texture, and detail. Environmental shots will incorporate soft, directional lighting to create depth, warmth, and atmosphere. Video content will remain minimal and artful—using subtle shifts in light, gentle panning, and seamless transitions to bring each design to life.
Every angle, light source, and frame will be intentional—crafted to evoke emotion and elevate the visual narrative of Hei-Day’s distinctive collection.

Post-production is completed within 5–7 business days. Final files will be delivered via a curated online gallery within 10 business days following the shoot. Galleries will remain live for three months, during which time clients are encouraged to download and archive all files to support ongoing business needs.

Meredith will provide professional photography and short-form video services for Hei-Day, capturing the brand’s vision through high-quality, lifestyle-forward content.
Production Overview
6–8 hours of on-site coverage
Morning session: Product and lifestyle shots indoors
Lunch break
Afternoon session: On-location product shots on the coast and in the woods
Creative Direction: Lifestyle, brand, or editorial style as discussed and approved
1 full day of post-production (curation, editing, color grading, final file preparation)

25 final, edited high-resolution images
5 edited short-form videos (optimized for Instagram Reels, Stories, or website use)
Licensing & Usage
Includes 1-year commercial license for 30 assets (25 images + 5 videos):
Use on client-owned websites, social media, and print marketing
Non-exclusive, 1-year usage license
Excludes: Paid ad campaigns, print publications, and third-party distribution (additional licensing available upon request)
Photo credit appreciated when applicable

Quarterly Brand Shoot Package
For ongoing content needs, Hei-Day has the option to book Quarterly Brand Shoots at a discounted rate of $3,600 per shoot (regular rate: $4,000). This package is ideal for seasonal campaigns and consistent brand storytelling throughout the year.

Full-day shoot (6–8 hours)
25 professionally edited high-resolution images
5 short-form edited videos (ideal for Reels, Stories, or web use)
1-year commercial license for all deliverables
Post-production and final file delivery
To secure the first shoot, a signed annual contract is required.
Quarterly Payment Options:
