The monthly content retainer is designed to provide consistent, high-quality imagery that supports LB Kitchen and LB Mini-Mart’s growth, seasonal promotions, and marketing initiatives. Retainer clients benefit from priority booking, quick turnaround for last-minute requests (subject to availability), and a reliable system for content refreshes, PR, and social updates.

Monthly Retainer Tiers

Tier 1 – Quick Refresh

• Shoot hours: 1 hr (~5 images)

• Post-production: 2 hrs

• Shoot + post-production cost: $900

• Licensing (unlimited social, web, PR): $300

• Total monthly retainer: $1,200

• Gift card trade: 5% = $60

• Total after trade: $1,140

Tier 2 – Standard Update

• Shoot hours: 2 hrs (~10 images)

• Post-production: 2 hrs

• Shoot + post-production cost: 2 × $600 + 2 × $150 = $1,500

• Licensing (unlimited social, web, PR): $600

• Total monthly retainer: $2,100

• Gift card trade: 10% = $210

• Total after trade: $1,890

Tier 3 – Full Refresh

• Shoot hours: 3 hrs (~15 images)

• Post-production: 3 hrs

• Shoot + post-production cost: 3 × $600 + 3 × $150 = $2,250

Additional Information

• Priority Booking: Retainer clients receive first access to scheduling.

• Quick 1-Off Shoots: Happy to occasionally pop over for a short session; an hour can be split into two 30-minute sessions to capture a new seasonal item or accommodate a quick-turnaround request.

• Billing: Retainer is automatically billed on the 15th of each month.

• Contract: Requires a 6-month commitment to secure availability.

LB. Kitchen Content Shoot Proposal

Goal

The goal of this project is to capture high-quality imagery for LB Kitchen’s PR, press, social media, and website needs over six mornings, with 2-hour sessions from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The images will be bright and vibrant, highlighting nutritious, colorful food, seasonal slushies, the graphic colors of the space, lifestyle moments, and the Mini-Mart interiors. The objective is to create a robust, on-brand image library for use across all digital and press channels.

Shot List

• Smoothies: Signatures year-round plus seasonal, 10 total

• Bone Broth: Final cup and “making of” shots with Lee, at least 2 scenarios

• Functional Slushies: Full product set plus select slushies with ingredient partners (e.g., Wooden Spoon), 1 shot with all slushies (up to 6)

• Bowls: All 9 bowls

• Signature GF Bakery Products: 5–6 items

• Hot Functional Beverages: 2–3 (e.g., Shroom Shield, Matchas)

• Seasonal Toasts: 1–2 shots

• Mini-Mart “Bites”: PB Oat Balls, Pickled Eggs plated with container visible, 1–2 shots

• Mini-Mart Wall Shot at 255: 3–4 shots

• Working Beverage Counter / Full Pastry Case: 3–4 shots

Scope

• Capture the full shot list including smoothies, bowls, bakery, beverages, Mini-Mart products, and lifestyle/working shots

• Includes retouching, backups, and post-production

Tier 1 – 1 Year

• Fee: $3,000 (shoot) + $3,000 (license) = $6,000

Tier 2 – 3 Years

• Fee: $3,000 (shoot) + $4,750 (license) = $7,750

• Slight discount (~10–15%) for multi-year usage

Tier 3 – Perpetual

• Fee: $3,000 (shoot) + $7,500 (license) = $10,500

• One-time fee; unlimited marketing use
