Paris By Mouth is such a remarkable business, thoughtfully built over the years, and it would be a dream to collaborate with talented, passionate women whose vision aligns so beautifully with my own love for Paris, food, ambiance, and the unforgettable experiences that define travel.
I’ve created these packages with partnership rates in mind, designed to support a long-term creative collaboration — kicking off this year and hopefully continuing for many years to come. I’m deeply grateful to be considered and would be thrilled to create work for Paris By Mouth.

PARIS BY MOUTH — PHOTOGRAPHY PARTNERSHIP PACKAGES
Capturing food tours, restaurants, neighborhoods, and Paris lifestyle for Substack and website.
All packages include:
Pre-production planning & shot list development
Staged food tours, lifestyle shots, and founder portraits
Neighborhood, street, café, and market content
Professional editing & curated delivery
Travel reimbursements (flights, ground transport, food)
Partnership Overview
All packages reflect a partnership creative day rate of $1,800/day (standard $2,500/day) and a travel day rate of $750/day.
Licensing is separate, allowing flexibility in the number of images licensed in perpetuity.

Signature Introduction

Two Shoots: Spring + Fall
Designed for teams who want a seasonal perspective and a cohesive image library.

2 shoots (~60 images per shoot, ~120 total)
Travel included: 2–3 days per shoot
Seasonal food, neighborhood, and tour coverage
Founder portraits captured across seasons
Visual continuity across both shoots
Creative Fees
Content creation: 10 × $1,800 = $18,000
Travel: 4 × $750 = $3,000
Total Creative Investment: $21,000
Partnership Savings
Reduced creative day rate saves $7,000 versus standard pricing.
Available via deposit + monthly retainer over 6–9 months.

OPTION QUATRE — Three-Season Dream Package
Three Shoots: Spring, Fall, Winter
Full-year coverage for teams building a seasonally rich archive.
Includes
3 shoots (~60 images per shoot, ~180 total)
Travel included: 2 days to Paris + 2–3 days between trips
Seasonal food, neighborhood, and tour coverage
Founder portraits integrated across all shoots
Visual continuity for long-term storytelling
Creative Fees
Content creation: 15 × $1,800 = $27,000
Travel: 6 × $750 = $4,500
Total Creative Investment: $31,500
Partnership Savings
Reduced creative day rate saves $10,500 versus booking three individual shoots.
Available via deposit + monthly retainer over 9–12 months.
In-Perpetuity Licensing (Optional / Flexible)
Clients may license any number of images in perpetuity. Suggested rates:
Single image: $300 per image
15 images: $4,500 ($300/image)
16–30 images: $6,000–$7,500 (~$250–$275/image)
31–50 images: $9,000–$12,500 (~$250/image)
50+ images: custom quote
Licensing covers use on the website, Substack, and marketing materials. Additional licensing for resale or other commercial purposes is priced separately.
Notes:
Bundling images provides a per-image savings, rewarding larger commitments
Flexible licensing lets clients start small and add more images as needed
Deliverables
You will receive a curated digital image gallery within 14 business days of the final shoot day. The preview gallery will include a wide range of images, from which you’ll select your final deliverables.
Travel & Expenses
To keep things simple and transparent:
Round-trip airfare and local transportation within Paris will be reimbursed at cost.
Lodging will be generously provided by the client.
Food and beverage purchased specifically for photography purposes will be reimbursed.
In the event of flight delays or extended travel needs, client-provided accommodations will apply (either at the Marais apartment or a comparable Airbnb, as needed).
Portfolio & Editorial Use
The photographer may use the images for portfolio, promotional, or editorial purposes, but not for commercial resale.
If an editorial outlet or publication expresses interest in featuring the images, the photographer will confirm with the client in advance and ensure any coverage includes thoughtful cross-promotion of Paris By Mouth.
